SHIPPING INFORMATION
We ship your order using standard U.P.S. ground delivery. Cost depends on weight and
size of order and you will be advised of the amount when we call you to complete the
order. U.P.S. can not deliver to a P. O. Box-we must have a complete street address
for prompt delivery. Please allow at least 10 business days for delivery of in stock
items (from date of order completion) before calling on order status. You will be notified
at the time the order is completed, of any items which may be temporarily out of stock
and given an estimated shipping date.
At this time, we only deliver to the 48 continuous states. Overseas shipping may become
available at some future date.
PAYMENT POLICY
We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER AND CAR CARE ONE credit cards as well as money
orders and personal checks. Checks must be received and cleared before merchandise
is shipped.
SALES TAX
Shipments to PA. and Ohio must pay applicable sales tax on total order (merchandise
and shipping). Orders to all other states are responsible for paying sales tax to their
own individual state.
RETURN POLICY / WARRENTY POLICY
All sales are final. If there is a manufacture defect in any product we sell, please

complete information-name, address, phone number (required), invoice # and description
of defect. We will phone you to resolve the problem.
All products leave our warehouse in perfect condition. If any shipment arrives damaged,
you must call U.P.S. for a pickup before you call us for a return authorization. ALL
packing materials must be returned to U.P.S. with the damaged merchandise. We are not
responsible for damage to merchandise caused by mis-use or incorrect installation.
PRICES
All prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct layout
and input errors. Stock on certain items may be limited but we try to have everything
we carry in stock at all times.
